Hi! I'm finally back after a year of BREAK! Had an additional member to our little family..Surely a blessed and joyful year we had in 2012! In a year's time, I'll have 'extra extra' hands in the kitchen! Lucky me! Anyway, my 'coming back 2013' dessert will be another favorite of mine! PAVLOVA! Meringues and kids, they are perfect match! My Pavlova will be the crunchy on the surface, and 'marshmellowy' in the inside! Haha....Give it a try one day! You won't regret it!

Darwisy 2nd Birthday

As i was away on his birthday this year - 12th DEC 2011, we decided to have a slightly belated birthday breakfast for my Darwisy...A small lovely gathering, with all my beloved..I honestly prepared everything a day earlier, especially the apams and his birthday cake! Simple, but yet i think it was most satisfying to see everyone enjoyed the meals served! Among the menus we had was:

Darwisy + Desserts!

I will never have doubts on my baking as i have my most committed & trusted QC manager,
my darling Darwisy....

He's simply adorable whenever i'm busy in the kitchen. He would help up in every way he can, right from weighting, mixing, filling up the cups, right to even packing!

His most favourite part of the whole process, is EGG-Breaking (of course)! pheww....you can never imagine how pretty messed-up my kitchen would be, but having him around is simply fun and makes me more careful on how clumsy i can be with having dangerous utensils around! haha...

So my dear Darwisy, this post is for you...
